If you drink one, then drink another, and then maybe even a third, you may find it’s become quite the habit. But when the caffeine in all this drinking makes you feel anxious or causes interference with your sleep habits, your cup of java may have morphed from sustaining to damaging. Caffeine is a stimulant that has some negative effects on your body. Some people claim to be “addicted” to it, which is usually just in jest.
